Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Our office is on the second floor at Plot Number 675 in Sector 5, Vaishali. It’s a busy part of Ghaziabad, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. We handle things for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. and it keeps us on our toes most of the week. The space is practical, filled with desks and a lot of cabinets for all the files we have to keep. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts you see in magazines. It’s just a standard office where we sit and process insurance claims and new applications. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. We see a lot of different people coming through the door, each with their own story and needs. We try to keep things simple for them because insurance paperwork is already confusing enough as it is. Usually, the morning starts with a quick meeting and then we just get to work. We aren't a corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle the local insurance needs for the Vaishali area. It is honest work and we take it seriously, even if the office decor is a bit dated. We've been here for several years and know the local area well. It’s just us doing our daily jobs and going home.
