Our office is set up inside the Smcc Construction India Ltd building, which is at A 1/ 20 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a bit of a different setup because we are basically sharing space within a construction company's premises. Safdarjung is a pretty busy part of Delhi, and the streets around here are always packed with cars and people heading to work. Finding the right gate can be a little confusing for people the first time they visit. The office itself is functional and a bit crowded with all the desks and computers we need to get things done. We spend most of the day looking at screens or talking to people who drop by with documents. There is a lot of activity from the construction side of the building too, so it never really stays quiet for long. The tea guy comes around a couple of times a day, which is a nice break from the typing. We have been here for a while and have a rhythm going. It is not a polished, high-end lobby like you might see in a movie. It is a working office with stacks of paper and people busy on their phones. We handle the banking needs of the folks in this specific area without any extra fuss. It is just a practical spot to get work finished in a very busy part of the city.
