Hyatt Regency

This office is over in Rohini, specifically at A3-142/1 in Sector-7. Even though the name is Hyatt Regency, this isn't the big hotel you might be thinking of downtown; it’s our local spot in Delhi. The area is quite packed with houses and other small shops. We are in a regular building, and the office inside is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we can sit and have lunch. Working in Rohini means you get used to the noise of the street and the neighbor’s kids playing outside. We spend most of the day on the phone or working through documents that need to be filed. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. We just have the things we need to get through the workday. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the pace, but we manage just fine here. We don't have a big mission or any corporate rules about how to talk. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home to our families. It’s a very local way of doing things.
