You can find H.S.Oberoi Builtech Pvt Ltd over in Khirki Gaon, right in the Malviya Nagar area. We are based in House No. 2C. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a mix of old narrow lanes and new buildings popping up everywhere. It’s a lively place to be. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different projects. The streets around Khirki can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to them, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every shortcut. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk. We handle a lot of construction-related tasks, so there are always samples of tiles or bits of hardware lying around the office. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s expected with the kind of work we do. We like being in Malviya Nagar because it's central and easy to get to other parts of the city. We are just a group of people doing our jobs without any extra frills. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Even on days when the traffic is bad, we still manage to get things sorted out.
