It’s a quiet enough street for the most part, though you’ll hear the occasional tractor or motorbike passing by. H.S.Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is basically run from here. It is not some massive skyscraper; it’s just a local spot where we handle our business. We spend most of our time coordinating with workers and checking on building materials. Sonepat has changed a lot over the years, and being part of the growth here keeps us pretty occupied. Our office is simple with the basics like a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of ledgers. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We know our neighbors and usually stop to chat when we are heading out. The winters in Haryana can get quite cold, so we have a small heater tucked under the desk. In the summer, the ceiling fan is always on high. We aren't big on marketing or flashy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just coming to the colony. It is a practical way to run a company, and it suits us just fine.
