If you come down to Desu Road in Mehrauli, you’ll find our small office at 29Q. It’s right in the middle of one of the oldest parts of New Delhi. The streets here are very narrow and always filled with people, scooters, and the occasional stray dog. It’s a lively place to work as an HR Recruiter. We don't have a big sign or a fancy glass entrance. It’s just a door on a busy street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of resumes. We spend most of our time talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to figure out where they might fit. Mehrauli has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around during lunch. The air is always a bit dusty, and the noise from the market nearby never really stops. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to upload files, but we manage. People come in for interviews throughout the day, so there’s always someone new to talk to. We don't use any fancy software; we mostly rely on emails and phone calls. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us well. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation helping people find work in this big, busy city.
