Our office is located in Aya Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. Hope Group Technology Company Limited isn't your typical tech firm with beanbags and glass walls. We work out of a modest building that looks like most of the others on the street. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It can be frustrating at times, especially when the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, which happens more than we'd like in Aya Nagar. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We drink way too much tea while we’re working on projects. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day at the desk. We don't talk in buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the jobs as they come and try to get them done right. Sometimes we stay late because a deadline is looming, and other days we leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way to run a technology company. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded.
