We operate out of Flat R-565 in Jalvayu Vihar, which is in Pocket P-4 of Greater Noida. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite different from a typical business district. We converted part of the flat into our main office space. It has a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a small balcony where we sometimes take phone calls. Greater Noida has a lot of space and wide roads, which is a nice change from some of the more crowded cities. Our team is small, and we mostly spend our time coordinating different construction phases from here. We don't have any big logos on the doors or uniform for the staff. We just show up and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with the site managers and contractors. We keep a lot of our records in physical files, so the shelves are pretty full. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which helps when we need to focus on complex drawings or budget sheets. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most people just find us through local contacts. It’s a practical, low-key way to run things. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the local suppliers and how to get things moved around. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do all our real work. We usually lock up around six and head home to our families nearby.
