Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd.

Our place is at House Number 150 in Sector 10, right here in Faridabad. It’s a bit unusual being in a house setup for Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd., but it works for what we need. We have the rooms filled with different bathroom fixtures and plumbing supplies. It gets pretty hot during the Haryana summers, so we try to get the heavy loading done early in the morning. There’s no big shiny sign out front, just a regular spot where we do our business every day. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of the time we’re in dusty clothes because ceramic items are surprisingly messy. We handle a lot of local orders for people fixing up their homes or builders working on new projects nearby. It’s a small operation, really. We talk to the same delivery drivers every week and know which ones bring the good news. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy, but we always find what we're looking for eventually. It feels more like a family business than a big company branch. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a list of things to do and we check them off one by one. If you’re looking for us, look for the house with a few too many crates out front. That’s usually the giveaway that we’re busy working inside.
