Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd

Our place is at House No-160 in Sector-12, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite different from a big industrial site or a downtown corporate office. Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd uses this house as a base for our local operations. We have been here for some time now, and the neighbors on the street know us well enough. It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. We deal with all sorts of sanitary items, mostly bathroom fittings and ceramic products like washbasins. The rooms are filled with samples and some stock that needs to go out to nearby sites. It is a quiet street usually, except for the morning milk deliveries and the occasional vegetable seller passing by. We like the pace here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with glass walls; we just have our desks set up in the main rooms and keep the paperwork in the cupboards. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, as Ghaziabad often does, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. The small backyard is where we store some of the heavier crates before they get shipped out. It’s a simple arrangement that works for what we do every day. We handle a lot of calls from people looking for specific parts or wanting to know about current prices. It’s a straightforward job and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have in a residential house.
