We are located at Flat No. 260/2 in the Railway Flats of Shakur Basti, New Delhi-34. It’s a bit of a specific location because of the railway quarters, but Hindustan Sanitaryware & Ind. Ltd.-Hindware has its spot right here. Working out of the Shakur Basti area means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of Delhi. You can hear the trains sometimes, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a flat where we’ve set up our office to handle the business. We spend our time dealing with the sanitaryware side of things, mostly keeping records and coordinating. It’s a practical space. We don't believe in using big, polished words to describe ourselves. We are just people working a job in a busy city. The Railway Flats have their own history, and being here feels very grounded. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to folks on the phone. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s what we have and it works well for us. We like the fact that we are in a real neighborhood where people live and work. If you’re around the Delhi-34 area, this is where you’ll find the Hindware team handling things. It’s simple, it’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we get our daily tasks finished.
