Hindustan Construction Coorporation Limited is based out of D-197 in Lower Shiv Nagar, Jammu. It’s a quiet enough area for an office, though things get pretty busy once the work day starts. We aren't tucked away in some big industrial park; we are right here in the neighborhood. Our team handles various types of building and infrastructure work across Jammu. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in ties. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around a desk covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We’ve been working in construction for a long time and we’ve seen how much the city has changed. Dealing with the weather here can be a bit of a challenge for building, but we’ve gotten used to planning around it. Most of our guys have been doing this for years, so they know the tricks of the trade. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. If someone needs something built, they usually hear about us from someone else in Shiv Nagar or nearby. We just focus on getting the masonry right and making sure the structures are safe. It’s not always pretty, especially when we’re in the middle of a big dig, but we get the job done.
