Hindustan Construction Company

Hindustan Construction Company is basically just a group of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don’t really have a big fancy headquarters with a lobby or anything like that. Our workspace is usually full of rolls of blueprints, old coffee cups, and a lot of boots that have seen better days. We spend most of our time out on the field, so when we are actually in the office, it's usually to catch up on all the paperwork we’ve been ignoring. It’s a lot of logistical work, trying to make sure the right stuff gets to the right place at the right time. We don’t really use big mission statements or anything. We just like building things and seeing a project through to the end. The people who work here are mostly locals who know the trade inside and out. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, especially when everyone is trying to talk over each other about a design change. We use simple English and don't try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a construction business. We handle the daily grind of permits, materials, and labor. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. That is pretty much how we have always done things. We keep it practical and focus on the job at hand without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
