Our small setup is tucked away in Shakti Apartments over in Rohini Sector 9. Dealing with construction in New Delhi means dealing with a lot of heat and specific building rules. We have been working out of this apartment for a good bit of time. It is mostly a place for us to handle the paperwork and meet people before heading out to the sites. Since we are in a residential area, we try to keep things quiet when we are around the office. Most of our actual work happens at sites across the city, but this is where we start our day. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We don't use any fancy corporate talk here. If a wall needs fixing or a new structure needs to go up, we figure out a way to do it. It’s hard work, especially in the summer months when the sun is hitting hard. Sometimes deliveries are late because of the traffic on the ring road, but we make it work. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of workers, but we have enough hands to get the job done right. We like being based in Rohini because it feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just find us. We're just here to do the job. It’s not a lot, but it’s what we do for a living.
