We operate out of Flat No 40, B-2 in Bharat Nagar, which is in the New Friends Colony area of New Delhi. Since this is a residential neighborhood, the office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have set up our workspace here to manage the daily business for Hilti India Pvt Ltd. It is a cozy setup where we have our desks and all the necessary files. Being in NFC means we are close to the main city, but our specific street stays pretty quiet. Most of our time is spent coordinating deliveries and checking stock levels. There is no big showroom or display area here. It is just our team with our computers and some tool samples scattered around. The light in the flat is actually quite nice during the afternoon hours. We usually keep the windows open if the Delhi heat isn't too intense. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello, which gives the place a friendly feel. We try our best to stay organized, even if it gets a bit cramped when new shipments arrive at the door. It is a very straightforward way to run things. We focus on the actual work without needing a flashy building. It is just a regular flat where we get our jobs done every single day. We’ve made this space into something that functions well for our team. It works for us.
