We’re located in Kalkaji, right in the middle of all the New Delhi bustle. It’s 110 019 for those who need the pin code. Our office for Hilti India Private Limited is a busy spot. There’s always someone coming in or heading out to a site somewhere in the city. Delhi is a fast place, and we definitely feel that energy here every single day. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much on the busy street. Inside, it’s a mix of desks, old chairs, and boxes. We aren't very big on decorating the place. We just need a spot to sit and get the work done. The noise from the street sometimes drifts in through the windows, but we’re used to the honking and the crowds by now. We usually grab lunch from the local market nearby because there are so many good options to choose from. It’s a very practical way to work. We don't have long speeches or complicated systems. We just talk to each other and figure out the day’s plan. Most of us have lived in Delhi for a long time, so we know how to handle the pace. It’s just a regular office day for us, from start to finish. We just keep going.
