Heritage is located at E-24 A in Rajouri Garden, which is one of those parts of Delhi that never seems to sleep. Our shop is right in the middle of all that energy, and we’ve been at this specific address for quite some time. The building has that classic Rajouri look, with a narrow storefront that leads into a much deeper space than you’d expect from the outside. We spend our days mostly organizing the shelves and helping people who wander in off the street. It’s not a polished, high-end boutique atmosphere; it’s more of a local spot where things are stacked a bit high and you might have to move a box to see everything. The overhead lights hum a little bit, and the floor tile is worn down in the spots where people stand the most. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just answer the phone, handle the stock, and try to keep the place tidy, even though the dust from the street always finds its way in. On rainy days, the entrance gets a bit muddy, so we’re always keeping a mop handy. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being in Rajouri Garden means there’s always something interesting happening right outside our front door.
