Our place is in Lohia Nagar, specifically C-106(A), which is quite close to the old bus stand in Ghaziabad. We’ve been running Hercules Structural System Pvt.Ltd. from here for a good while. Being near the bus stand means it's easy for people to find us, though it does get pretty crowded and noisy during the day. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the drawings and planning for structural projects. It’s often covered in large rolls of paper and various tools of the trade. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy firm. We’re more about the actual building and engineering side of things. Most days involve a lot of coffee and talking through technical details with the guys on the ground. Ghaziabad is a tough, hardworking city, and we think our business fits right in with that. We don’t have a marketing department or a shiny brochure. If you want to know what we do, you just look at the projects we’ve finished. We try to be fair and do a decent job for a reasonable price. Sometimes the summer heat in the office gets a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay focused. It’s just us, working away in Lohia Nagar to keep things moving forward. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the structures we design are safe and do what they are supposed to.
