Hectafine Constech India Pvt.Ltd. is based out of C-21, Ram Dutt Enclave. We are over in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi-59. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while. Our office at C-21 is where all the planning happens. It’s not a polished corporate suite, just a regular place where we do our work. Uttam Nagar is pretty packed and there’s always something happening outside our door. We deal with construction stuff mostly. There’s a lot of paperwork and technical bits that go into it. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints and documents everywhere. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. Ram Dutt Enclave is a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads. We like the community here. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one doing our part in New Delhi. The team is small and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and talk about the projects. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't use fancy slogans. We just show up to C-21 every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing. It's a simple life and it works for us. There are no fancy meetings, just honest conversations about the work.
