Our office is located at Plot No 14 in Sagar Tower, which is part of the District Center in Janakpuri. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices and people moving around all day. Heartland Medical Transcription Private Limited has been here on one of the floors for a while now. It’s not like a big corporate headquarters; it’s just an office space filled with computers and people wearing headsets. We spend our time listening to audio files and typing them out into medical reports. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the tapping of keyboards. Janakpuri is a central spot, so it’s easy for the staff to get here by the metro or bus. The tower itself is a bit older, and sometimes the elevators take a long time, but it’s a good location. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. We just focus on the files that come in every night. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch, but otherwise, we are pretty focused on the screens. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’ve got a good rhythm. It’s just about getting the words right and finishing the work on time. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
