We are based out of Patparganj and have been doing this for some time now. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a regular spot where we handle our herbal products. Healthwithherbal India started because there was an interest in these kinds of things locally. Dealing with herbs and natural stuff is a bit different than normal retail. You have to be careful with how things are kept. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The street gets pretty busy during the afternoon, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes. We just do our thing and try to get the orders out. It’s mostly just us working hard to keep things moving. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing team. It’s just a few of us here in Patparganj. We talk to people, see what they need, and try to provide that. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but it's part of the job. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s straightforward work. If you need something herbal, this is where we are. We like the area, even with the noise. It feels like home to us. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we’re still here. It’s just about being practical and showing up every day. There isn't much more to it than that.
