Havells

Our office for Havells is situated in New Delhi. It’s a city that never really stops, and we are right in the middle of all that energy. We’ve been at this location for quite some time. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where we manage our daily business. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers, and usually, there is a lot of paperwork scattered around. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or flashy signs. We prefer to just focus on the work itself. Being in Delhi, the traffic and the heat can be a challenge, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We have a small team of dedicated people who have been here for a while. We know our routines and we just get on with things. Some days are quite hectic with lots of people coming in and out, while other days are much quieter. We don't have any big speeches or corporate goals to talk about. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward approach to business. We’ve found that just being consistent and working hard is enough to keep us going in this busy city.
