Havells India Ltd.

Our workplace is at Flat 117 in the BPCL Apartments, which is on Plot B9/5 in Sector 62 of Noida. It is a bit of an unusual spot since it’s an apartment building, but lots of offices in this part of Noida are set up like this. We handle various tasks for Havells India Ltd. from this flat. It still has the layout of a home, so we use the kitchen area for our lunch breaks and the main rooms for our desks and computers. Sector 62 is a pretty busy hub, but being inside the residential complex keeps things a bit quieter for us during the day. We don't have any big flashy signs outside, just a small nameplate by the door so people know they’re at the right place. Most of us commute from different parts of Delhi or Noida, so we spend a lot of time talking about the metro or the traffic on the way in. It’s a very informal atmosphere here; we don’t really do formal meetings or anything like that. We just sit around and get through the paperwork and the emails. The apartment has a few windows that look out over the parking area and some trees, which is nice. It’s a very basic and functional setup. We just focus on our daily work and try to keep everything running as smoothly as we can without making things complicated.
