You can find us at No. 3236 on Chaumukha Mandir Street in Hauz Qazi. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always rushing around with handcarts and bags. It’s crowded and loud, but there’s a lot of energy here that you don't find elsewhere. Our shop is where we handle all our bath fittings and hardware. It’s not a showroom with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It’s a functional space where we stock our items and talk to customers who know what they want. Most of the time, we’re maneuvering around boxes or checking inventory in the back room. It’s an old building, so it has its quirks, like a door that sticks or a flickering light we haven't gotten around to fixing yet. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, and we know most of the other shopkeepers on the street by name. We don't use big words or fancy marketing. We just show the products, talk about the specs, and get the deal done. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three customers come in at once, but we manage to sort it out. It’s just how business goes in Hauz Qazi. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable place to get your hardware. We stay busy from the moment the shutters go up until we close for the night. The noise from the street never really stops, but it's home for us.
