We are right next to the Kotak Mahindra ATM, which is the easiest way to find us. If you see the ATM, you’ve basically found our door. The market here is always loud and full of people moving stuff. We deal in various goods, mostly hardware or industrial items depending on the day. It’s a family-style setup. We don't have any corporate manuals. We just know the trade because we’ve been doing it for so long. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer needs, but we always find it. Hauz Qazi is a historic place and Bazar Sita Ram has its own vibe. We’re part of that. We see the same faces every day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace of the bazaar.
