Our little spot is at 42 Nagar Complex, right near the Hasan Put Dippot in Johari Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know how crowded it gets, especially during the festival seasons. It’s a constant stream of people and rickshaws outside our door. Inside the complex, it’s a bit more manageable, though still pretty tight. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. We try to keep things friendly and relaxed despite the chaos of the market outside. Most of our day is spent talking to people who wander in and showing them what we have on the shelves. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We like to take our time. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as they should in the summer, so it gets a bit warm in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Working in Johari Bazar means you never have a boring day. There's always some drama or celebration happening right on the street. We just do our thing at number 42 and try to keep a smile on our faces. It's not a complicated business model, just being here and being honest with the folks who stop by to see us. It’s a small shop and we like it that way. If we were any bigger, we probably wouldn't be able to keep track of everyone's names who comes in for a chat while they browse.
