We are situated at Plot No.- 491-A in Gali No-3, which is part of Ambedkar Nagar in the Hyderpur area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if you haven’t been to this part of Delhi before, you might find it a little tricky to navigate the narrow lanes. Our building is a functional space where we spend most of our time sorting through inventory and managing the logistics of our deliveries. The ground floor is mostly storage, so it can get a bit dusty with all the cardboard boxes being moved around. We have a small office area upstairs where the paperwork gets done, but it’s nothing fancy—just some sturdy tables and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The power goes out occasionally, so we have a backup system to keep the lights on so we can keep working. We are a small crew, and most of us live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack during the day. We don’t have any big marketing plans or a social media team; we just rely on the work we do to keep things going. It’s a busy, sometimes messy environment, but we take pride in getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. We just keep moving every day and try to make sure everything is sorted before we lock up.
