H & R Johnson Limited

The office for H & R Johnson Limited is on the second floor of 31/33 in West Patel Nagar. Even though the address says New Delhi Haryana 110 008, we are right in the thick of the Delhi bustle. It’s a very busy neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the street from the second floor all day long. Getting up to the office involves some narrow stairs, but we’ve all gotten used to the climb. The building is older and has that solid feel you don't get with new glass towers. We keep the interior simple. There are desks for everyone and a small corner for making tea. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to say hello. It’s a bit crowded inside because we have so many files and documents stacked up on the shelves. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. Most of the walls are covered in calendars or notes. The local market is just a short walk away, which is nice for lunch. We have been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. It’s a real, working environment without any corporate polish. We just focus on our jobs and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos. It isn't much, but it's where we spend our days as a group.
