We are based here in Jasola Vihar, specifically at 67A in Pocket-12A. It’s a busy part of New Delhi. The office deals with tiles and bathroom stuff mostly. People come in looking for things to fix up their homes. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but we get by. We have a lot of samples around the place. It’s not a fancy showroom, just where we handle the day-to-day work for H & R Johnson (I) Ltd. Usually, there’s a few of us here answering phones and checking on orders. The address is 25 for the pin code. Most folks in the area know the pocket system can be confusing, but once you find 12A, we are right there. We spend the day talking to contractors and homeowners about floor designs and how many boxes they need. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The desk is usually covered in papers and catalogues. If you need to see what tiles look like in person, this is where the logistics happen. It gets dusty sometimes with all the samples, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things organized so when a truck arrives or a customer asks a question, we have the answer ready. It's a straightforward setup. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and it gets a bit bright, but we have some blinds to help. It's a regular office with desks and chairs and filing cabinets full of invoices. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea.
