If you go to Dilshad Garden Guru Teg Bahadur Enclave 640, you will find us at the Janta Flat. We have been working in the local property market around Dilshad Garden for quite some years now. It is not a fancy setup with big neon signs or anything like that. We mostly have a desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of registers filled with notes about who is looking for a room or who wants to sell their flat. This area is quite specific, and people who live here usually want to stay close by, so we help find places that fit their needs and their budget. Buying or renting a place is a big headache for most people, and we see that stress every day. We just try to show the flats as they are without making them sound like palaces. Some are small, some are on the top floor without a lift, and others are just right for a small family. We spend a lot of time walking around the enclave, checking on new listings or meeting owners who are moving out. It is a lot of talking and a lot of tea.
