Gyamon India Ltd.

We are located over on the second floor of the Paryavaran Complex in New Delhi. It's D-8 if you're looking at the numbers. Gyamon India Ltd has been operating out of this spot for some time. New Delhi is always crowded, and the complex can get pretty hectic in the afternoons. Our office is fairly basic, just desks and a lot of files. We deal with engineering and construction stuff, mostly big projects that take a long time to finish. It’s not the kind of work you can rush. The staff here is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger people starting out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. The traffic around the complex is a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to leave early or stay late. We don't have any flashy signs or big lobbies. It’s just a workspace. We focus on the technical details of the projects we are assigned. Some days it feels like we are just moving piles of paper from one side of the desk to the other, but it eventually turns into something real. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get their work done without any fuss or corporate nonsense.
