We are situated at 116 on the second floor in Patparganj. It is a busy part of Delhi where there are lots of small businesses like ours. We mostly work with LED lighting, so our space is always very bright because we have to test all the lights we handle. It’s a pretty straightforward setup with some long tables for assembly and shelves piled high with boxes of bulbs and fixtures. Being on the second floor means we have to carry boxes up and down, which can be a bit of a chore, but we are used to it by now. The area can get very congested, especially during the middle of the day, so we try to get our deliveries sorted out early in the morning. We don't have a polished sales team; it's just a few of us who know a lot about how these lights work. We spend our time checking connections and making sure the drivers are working right. It’s practical work and sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but we take it seriously. We like being in Patparganj because everything we need is nearby. Our workspace isn't decorated or anything, it's just a place where we get the work done. People usually come to us when they need reliable lighting for their shops or homes and we just show them what we have in stock.
