Our office is located at Plot No Rz 4 in Uttam Nagar, which is right on Old Pankha Road near the Indira Park Extension. It is a fairly easy place to spot if you are familiar with this side of town. We have been working out of this office for a long time, and it serves as a home base for us before we head out to various building sites. Inside, you will mostly see blueprints spread out over the tables and stacks of brick samples or tile pieces sitting in the corners. It is not a fancy corporate office with expensive furniture. We just have some basic wooden desks and chairs where we sit down with people to go over their house plans or renovation ideas. The noise from Old Pankha Road is constant, so we usually keep the front door shut to hear ourselves talk. Neighbors and clients stop by throughout the morning to check on how things are moving along or to ask about new plots. We try our best to stay organized, but with so many projects going on at once, the desks stay pretty cluttered with notes and drawings. It is a family-run operation, so you might see different cousins or brothers helping out on any given day. We do not spend much time on fancy computers unless we absolutely have to. Most of our real work happens outside with the crews, but this office is where all the planning starts and where we drink our morning tea.
