Gulshan Homz (P) Ltd.

Our office, Gulshan Homz (P) Ltd., is situated at D-64 in Ganesh Nagar, which is part of the Pandav Nagar Complex in Delhi. It’s a pretty busy residential area, and our building fits right in. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. The office itself is practical. We have some desks, some old computers, and stacks of files that seem to never get smaller. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know where everything is. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on the work we have to do. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We talk about the weather and the traffic just as much as we talk about business. It’s a relaxed environment, though things can get stressful when a deadline is coming up. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we’re something we’re not. We’re just a group of people trying to make a living by helping others with their housing needs. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over some plans. We like the Pandav Nagar area because it feels like home to us. It’s where we started and where we plan to stay for the long haul.
