Gulati Properties

Gulati Properties is based in DLF City Phase I. You can find us at Shop No D/100 in the Shopping Mall on Arjun Marg. It’s a convenient spot for an office because it’s easy for people to find us while they’re out doing their regular shopping or errands. We’ve been in this mall for quite a while now. The office is pretty standard. We have some chairs for people to sit and some desks where we keep our property listings and files. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy presentations. We just talk to people about what they’re looking for and show them what’s available in DLF City and the surrounding areas. Arjun Marg is a well-known street, so it’s easy to give people directions. We see a lot of foot traffic, which keeps us busy. Some people just pop in to ask a quick question about a local price or a specific house they saw while walking. We don't mind that at all. It’s just part of being a local business. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no pressure when you come in. We just handle the property stuff as it comes. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking over to show a nearby property to a neighbor. It's a good place to be and we're happy here.
