G.S.Developers

Our office for G.S.Developers is located at No.7, Mariamman Koil Street in Anandapuram. We’re in the C.B. Samudiram Post area of Pondicherry. It’s a nice, quiet street for the most part, except when there’s a festival at the temple nearby. We’ve been working as developers in this region for quite some time now. We don't go in for anything too flashy or corporate. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes we’re working on a small house, and other times it’s something a bit bigger, but we treat it all the same. The weather in Pondicherry can be a bit much sometimes, especially with the salt air and the heat, but we know how to pick materials that last around here. We don't have a big website or a social media person. Usually, if someone needs something built, they just come by the street and look for No.7. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and checking on sites, making sure things are moving along like they should. It’s not always perfect, and we definitely have our share of delays and headaches with supplies, but we always find a way to finish. It’s just what we do to keep the lights on and help the neighborhood grow a little bit more every year.
