Our office for G.S.Developers & Contractors Pvt.Ltd. is at B 22 in Dabri Extn, New Delhi. It is a busy part of the city and we have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and trying to find the best prices for building materials. It is a straightforward contracting business. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls; it is just a solid brick building where we do our planning. There are always people coming and going, mostly site supervisors or guys looking for work. We try to keep things organized but construction is a messy business by nature. We have done a lot of work in the local area and people around here know us. We do not use any slick sales talk. If a wall needs building or a roof needs fixing, we just get to it. Sometimes the traffic around Dabri makes it hard to get the trucks in on time, but we manage somehow. It is a local operation through and through. We appreciate the people we work with and we try to keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a group of guys trying to do a decent job with the tools we have. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one for the people who hire us.
