We’ve been operating out of our Dwarka office at Sector 14 for quite a while now. G.S.Developers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. mostly handles local building work around the New Delhi area. If you come by Flat No. 794, you will see it is just a regular workspace where we manage our daily projects and site crews. It is not a fancy setup at all. There are just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around the place. We spend most of our time out on the construction sites rather than sitting in the office anyway. Dealing with construction in this city means lots of paperwork and keeping track of materials, so that is mainly what we do here. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is very quiet while everyone is out at the job sites. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t a big marketing team here, just us trying to get the builds done on time. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings, but we make it work. Most of our heavy tools and equipment are kept elsewhere, but this is the home base in Phase 2, Pocket 2. We have seen Dwarka change a lot over the years and we just keep doing our part with the brick and mortar stuff. Nothing too complicated, just a local contracting business doing what we know how to do. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood, though it is usually better to call first.
