Our office is located on the first floor of building 22 in Masih Garh, which is part of the Sukhdev Vihar area in New Delhi. It's a decent spot, not too far from the main roads, which helps when we have to travel out to different project sites. We mostly deal with infrastructure equipment and managing the various moving parts of construction projects. The space is simple and functional because we spend a lot of time out in the field anyway. Masih Garh has its own local feel, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street activity. We handle the paperwork and the technical planning from here. It’s not a large team, but we’ve all been doing this for a while and understand the Delhi pace. Sometimes the narrow streets can be a bit of a hassle for parking, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who know about machines and how to get infrastructure jobs moving. Sukhdev Vihar is a nice place to be based out of, and it’s served us well so far. We keep things pretty informal around the office, focusing more on getting the equipment where it needs to be rather than how the office looks. It’s about getting the job done without too much talk.
