We are located at House No. 734 in Sector 15A of Faridabad. This is a residential-looking area, but we keep very busy with all the industrial demands of Haryana. Working out of a house makes the workday feel a bit different than being in a high-rise office building. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and the space is filled with folders and various wood samples. The dust from the road sometimes settles on everything, so we are always wiping things down to keep the place decent. It is a practical spot for us to manage the local distribution for Greenply. We don't have a big marketing team here; it’s just a few of us handling the phones and the heavy paperwork. The weather in Faridabad can be quite harsh, either very hot in the summer or quite cold in the winter months. We just dress for the weather and keep at it. People come by to check on their orders or to see what kind of ply we have available for their furniture projects. We tell them the truth about what’s in stock and how long things will actually take. There are no fancy speeches or sales pitches here. We just try to stay organized and keep our customers informed about their deliveries. It is a lot of manual tracking and calling people back. By the time the sun goes down, we are usually pretty tired.
