Our office is on the first floor at Paryavaran Complex over on Ignou Road. Being in New Delhi, it gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and people moving about at all hours. We have a small space here in C-102. It's mostly phones ringing and people checking on delivery times. The summer heat in Delhi is no joke, so we really appreciate our fans when they are working properly. We deal with a lot of calls on the mobile number, +91 9818751122, mostly just regular people asking if we have certain items in the warehouse or when a shipment is coming in. It is not a shiny corporate building or anything like that. Just a practical place to get work done. We have desks piled with invoices and samples of Greenply boards scattered around the room. Sometimes the stairs get dusty because of all the construction happening nearby. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going through the long afternoon slump. Most of our day is spent coordinating between the factory and the local dealers who need stock. It is a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we manage to make it work. We aren't here to impress anyone with the office decor; we just want to make sure the right plywood gets to the right person on time. It is a straightforward operation and we like it that way.
