Green Chick Chop

Our shop is located at E-15 in Kailash Colony. If you live in the area, you’ve probably walked past our sign plenty of times. We are mostly focused on raw and processed meats, so the place is full of refrigerators and cold counters. It is a very practical setup because we need to keep everything fresh. We start our work very early in the morning when the delivery trucks arrive. There is a lot of lifting heavy crates and organizing the stock before the first customers show up. The floor can get a bit slippery from the cleaning we do all day long. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls because we need the space for our equipment. The staff knows a lot about the different cuts of meat and they just tell it like it is without any sales talk. People come here because they know what to expect and they want to get their shopping done quickly. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It is just a local shop where we work hard and try to keep the coolers running properly. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to get the generator started but that is just part of the daily routine in Delhi. We just stay focused on the work at hand.
