Grasim Industrie Ltd.

We work out of 158, Milansaar Appartment, in the A-1 block of Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential complex in New Delhi, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate headquarters. Representing Grasim Industrie Ltd. from this apartment is what we do every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Being in Paschim Vihar means there are always people moving around, kids playing in the common areas, and the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. Inside the apartment, we’ve converted the rooms into little offices. A kitchen is available where we can make some quick food or heat up our tiffins. It’s a very informal environment. No suits or fancy clothes are seen here. Usually, it's just regular clothes and a lot of focus on the computer screens. The lighting isn't always the best, so we brought in some extra lamps. Liking it here is easy because it feels familiar and not too cold or professional. Handling the administrative tasks and coordination that come our way is our main job. It’s a busy life in Delhi, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace from our little corner in Milansaar. We stay late sometimes, but we try to head out before it gets too dark.
