Gopi Chand and Sons

Gopi Chand and Sons is located down in Dasgara Village, specifically at 1495 Bhagirath Place. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how packed it gets. It’s a maze of narrow lanes and people moving quickly with carts. Our place is right in the middle of all that chaos. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s an old building, nothing like those new malls they build now. The walls have history, and the floors are a bit uneven in places. We open up the shutters every morning and start the day with some tea. It’s always loud outside with the vendors shouting and the rickshaws honking their horns. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but there are always boxes stacked up. Bhagirath Place is famous for its markets, and we’re just one small part of that. We handle a lot of different items depending on what people are asking for that week. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. Most of us have been working in this area since we were kids. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it feels like home. We don’t have fancy signs or big displays, just the name and our stock. It’s a bit dusty and the light isn't great, but we’ve managed to do our work here for years without any real complaints.
