Crystal Sanitation

Crystal Sanitation is located at B-127 in Gali No. 5 of Gokalpur Village, right in the Shahdara area. We deal with pipes, taps, and all sorts of bathroom parts. Our shop is pretty packed, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk through the aisles. The dust from the street always finds its way in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the ceramic and the chrome pieces. It is a lively area. There are always people walking by and the sound of the market is never far off. We don't have a big staff, so we do everything ourselves, from unloading the trucks to talking to the plumbers who come in for parts. Sometimes the orders are small, just a single washer or a bolt, and other times we are loading up a whole cart. The space is small, but we make it work by stacking things high. We’ve been here in Shahdara for a good stretch of time. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the stock safe. We don't use any fancy computers to track everything; a lot of it is just written down in a big notebook we keep near the entrance. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us and the people in the village who know where to find us.
