Gogia Properties

Gogia Properties is based in Rohini, right inside the North Ex Mall in Sector 9. It’s a convenient spot because people are always coming to the mall for other things anyway. We have a small office there. It’s a bit more modern than some other places, but we still keep it pretty casual. You won't find us in suits and ties. We’re usually just wearing whatever is comfortable for a long day of meetings. Being in Sector 9 means we see a lot of foot traffic. People pop in after finishing their shopping to ask about rental rates or if any new shops are opening up. We try to keep a pulse on everything happening in Rohini. The mall environment is busy, and there’s always music playing somewhere in the background. Our desk is usually covered in flyers and business cards. We’ve been working out of this mall for a while and we’ve seen shops come and go. We stay steady though. We like the interaction with the community here. It’s not just about the business; it’s about knowing the people who live and work in Sector 9. We don't do any big fancy presentations. We just show the listings we have and talk about the pros and cons of each spot. Being in the North Ex Mall means we never have to go far for a decent meal, which is a plus. We often end up talking to people while waiting for snacks.
