Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

In the Rohini area of Delhi, we are located in Sector 11 at D1/151. It is a typical Delhi street, usually busy with traffic and people going about their business. This is our base for managing the local manufacturing side of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. The office is a straightforward setup in a regular building. We have got a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and more folders than we know what to do with. We are not into the whole corporate polish thing. We just come in, wear what is comfortable, and get the work done. The commute can be a real struggle because of the Delhi traffic, but we try to get an early start. Most of our day is spent on the phone with the plants or coordinating with the transport teams. It can get pretty loud when we are all busy, but that is just the way it goes. We always have a pot of tea going, especially in the winter months. It is a very practical way to work. We do not have big missions or vision statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we have calendars with deadlines and lists of things that need fixing. We like being in Rohini because it is easy for the drivers to find us. We just keep our heads down, do the paperwork, and make sure everything is sorted before we lock up.
