Our place is at plot number 242 in Sector-63, Block-D. It’s very close to the Dainik Jagran press, so you can often hear the rumble of the machinery from over there. This part of Noida is very industrial and grey, but it’s where things get done. We are in a fairly large plot, but we use every inch of it. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy tour. It’s a workspace with concrete floors and high ceilings. We do a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. The dust from the road outside always finds its way in, no matter how much we sweep. We have a small area where we sit and do the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the main floor. The light in here is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we’ve got enough lamps to keep going. We don’t have a marketing team or a PR person. It’s just us, the staff, and the daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes through the gate. Sometimes it’s a busy day with trucks coming and going, and other times it’s just us fixing things that broke the day before. It’s honest, hardworking life in an industrial sector. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up every morning and get to it. Sometimes the lunch break is the only quiet time we get, sitting together on plastic chairs sharing our tiffins and talking.
