Gmr Infrastructure(Gmr Airport Developers Ltd.)

This branch of Gmr Infrastructure, specifically the Airport Developers side, is based in Flat 411 at the Hmm Housing Society. It's in Sector-10, Dwarka, out in Delhi. Being in a housing society is a bit unusual for a development company, but it's where we've set up shop. It's a bit quieter than the main city, which is nice when we're trying to work out technical details for airport projects. The flat is basically just an office now, filled with computers and drawing boards. We do a lot of the planning and back-end work for airports here. Dwarka is a good spot for us because it’s not too far from the action but still feels like a neighborhood. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything. Usually, it’s just the team sitting around a big table talking through the latest plans. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have our own way of doing things, and it usually involves a lot of red-penciling diagrams and arguing over timelines. It’s just how the work gets done. We’re at Plot No 6 if you’re trying to find the building. It’s a straightforward operation without any of the extra polish you might expect from a big name. We focus on the drawings and the numbers. Sometimes we stay late because a deadline is looming, but that's just the nature of the development business in Delhi. We keep working until it's finished.
