Gkr Elevator Pvt. Ltd. is located at 3/15/2 Satya Vihar in Burari. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with small businesses, so it feels quite local. We work on elevators, which means we spend a lot of time out at job sites, but this is where we keep our tools and spare parts. The office is small and usually smells a bit like oil and grease from the cables and motors we have sitting around. We don’t have a flashy showroom here. If someone wants to see what we do, they usually just look at the work we’ve finished in buildings nearby. Most of our day involves answering calls and sending technicians out to fix lifts that have stopped working or need a check-up. It can be a bit stressful when a lift is stuck and people are waiting, so we try to move as fast as we can. Our team is a group of local guys who have been working with machinery for a long time. We don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't actually need. We just look at the machine, figure out what's wrong, and try to get it moving again. The building here in Burari is easy to find if you know the landmark, but otherwise, it's just another door on the street. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and focused on the work. We usually lock up around six in the evening.
